  1. General

1.1 The following terms of use governing the use of y-tech website, including all content contained on the site (“the Website“).

1.2 The Website is managed and operated by y-tech Solutions Ltd. (“y-tech “).

1.3 Access to and use of the Website are subject to the terms specified herein (“Terms of Use“), which regulate the relationship between y-tech and any visitor/viewer/user of the site (“the User“).

1.4 The use of the Website signifies that you have read the Terms of Use, understood their content, agreed to their provisions, and waived any claims against y-tech or anyone acting on its behalf regarding the matters outlined above.

1.5 y-tech reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Use at any time. 2.2 The user hereby indemnifies y-tech from any damage as mentioned, even if the liability for it falls on y-tech according to any law.

2.3 Using the website is at the user’s sole responsibility. y-tech and/or anyone acting on its behalf will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or special damage caused to the user as a result of using the site.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute related to the site and its use and the terms of use will be in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district, Israel.
